What actually happens in a home physiotherapy session
A first home visit is less mysterious than it sounds. Here is how the hour usually runs, what the physiotherapist needs from your space, and what you should have ready.
Launching soon in Johor Bahru and the Klang Valley
Get matched with a verified physiotherapist who treats you at home. Payment is held until the session is done.

You request, we match, a physiotherapist arrives. The difference from a ride is who turns up and what they are qualified to do.
Pick the type of physiotherapy, how long you need, and where. Add notes or photos so the physio arrives prepared. Book now or schedule ahead.
Your request goes out to verified physiotherapists nearby. The first to accept is assigned, and you see who is coming before they set off.
Track your physio on the way. They check in at your door with an ID badge, then run the full session in your own home.
Your payment is held from the moment you book and only released once the session is complete. You get a receipt, and you both leave a rating.
Home physiotherapy already exists. It is just hard to arrange, hard to price, and hard to trust.
Every physio submits their registration, certifications and indemnity insurance. Nobody takes a booking until our team has approved them.
You see the exact cost before you confirm, based on session length and distance. No call-out surprises and no haggling at the door.
No traffic, no waiting room, no arranging a lift. Especially useful after surgery, or for anyone with limited mobility.
Follow your physio on the way, confirm their identity at the door, and reach an in-app SOS at any point during the visit.
Message your physiotherapist in-app to confirm access, parking, or what to prepare. No personal numbers are exchanged.
Patients rate physios and physios rate patients. Consistently poor ratings are reviewed and removed from the platform.
Three types of physiotherapy at launch, in three session lengths, on demand or scheduled ahead. The exact price is calculated from session length and travel distance, and shown before you confirm.

We're in build. The iOS and Android apps are in development and go into limited beta first. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first invited.
We're launching in Johor Bahru and the Klang Valley first, then expanding to other states as we onboard enough physiotherapists to keep wait times short.
Yes. Every physiotherapist is manually verified before they can accept a booking: professional registration, qualifications, and current indemnity insurance. Physiotherapy is delivered by independent registered practitioners; RecoveryGo is the platform that connects and pays them.
Pricing is based on session length and travel distance, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm the booking. We'll publish the full price list at launch.
You pay when you book, by card or FPX, and the money is held. It's only released after the session is marked complete. If nobody accepts your request, the hold is released automatically.
Cancel before a physiotherapist is on the way and you're not charged. Once they've set off, a cancellation fee may apply to cover their travel. The exact policy is shown in the app before you confirm.
Recovery is rarely one session, so continuity matters. Repeat and scheduled bookings are part of the plan, and we'll confirm exactly how it works when the apps launch.
Your notes and photos are only shared with the physiotherapist assigned to your session. We handle personal and medical data in line with Malaysia's PDPA. See our privacy notice for details.
Join the waitlist and we'll email you when the apps go live in Johor Bahru and the Klang Valley, plus early beta invites.
