The split is the same on every visit and it is not negotiable in either direction, so you can work out a week before you apply.
General physiotherapy

Sports rehabilitation

Neurological rehabilitation
60 minutes · patient pays RM200
Plus RM2 for every kilometre between you and the patient, kept in full.
That rate covers the trip there and back, and no platform fee is ever taken from it. A patient 8 km away adds RM16 to the figures above.
RecoveryGo keeps 20% of the session fee and nothing else. Sessions are grouped into a weekly payout, held 3 days after the visit in case a patient raises a problem, then transferred to your bank account. If a patient is not there when you arrive, you keep the travel in full plus half the session fee.
Those are the current session rates. The 20% share and the RM2 per kilometre are fixed policy, but the fees themselves can change. Every job shows you exactly what it pays before you accept it, and that figure is the one that counts.

Send your application
Fill in the form below. It asks for your registration, how you want to work, and a photo of your IC and your practising certificate. A few minutes, and somebody reads every one by hand.

Submit your documents
Your indemnity insurance and anything else outstanding goes in the app once you have an account. Verification is manual, so a real person checks every file.

Get approved and go online
Once approved, set your availability, switch to online, and start receiving job requests nearby.

Before you fill anything in.
The things physiotherapists ask us first. Anything else, email us and a person answers.
Am I an employee?
No. You practise independently and RecoveryGo is the platform that finds you the work and handles the money. You choose when to go online and which visits to accept, and nothing here is exclusive: most of our physiotherapists have a clinic or a practice already.
Is tax deducted from my payouts?
No. You receive the full amount you earned and how you declare it is between you and LHDN. Every session is recorded in the app with the date, the duration and the amount, so the record you need is already there.
Do I need my own equipment?
Yes. You bring what the session needs, which is the same kit you would carry to any home visit. RecoveryGo does not supply equipment and does not take a cut for it.
What if a job is too far?
You set a maximum travel distance and you are never offered a visit beyond it, even when a request widens its search. You can change it any time from the app.
What happens if I decline a job?
Nothing. Requests go to every available physiotherapist in range and the first to accept takes it, so passing costs you nothing and is not counted against you. Offers stay open for about a minute before moving on.
Is it safe going into a stranger's home?
Every patient has a verified account. During a visit the app shares your position, records each step of the session, and carries an emergency button: hold it for three seconds and a named person at RecoveryGo is told immediately and calls you. It does not dial 999 for you, because we are not an emergency service and an app that dials will eventually dial by accident. If something is wrong and it is not urgent, there is a report form that reaches a person.
Do I need indemnity insurance to apply?
To apply, no. To take your first booking, yes. Tell us on the form that you do not have it yet and we will say exactly what is needed. The same goes for a registration you are in the middle of renewing.
How long does approval take?
A person reads every application, usually within a few working days, and checks the IC and certificate you sent with it. If we go ahead, you get an invitation to create your account, add your indemnity insurance, and a person checks that too before you can go online.
