Terms of use

The terms that apply to this website and, once the apps launch, to the RecoveryGo platform operated by RecoveryGo Sdn Bhd.

Pre-launch draft. This document describes how the platform is being built and must be reviewed by legal counsel before the apps go live.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by RecoveryGo Sdn Bhd. By using it you accept these terms. Separate terms will apply to the RecoveryGo apps and will be presented for acceptance when you create an account.

2. What RecoveryGo is

RecoveryGo is a booking platform. It connects patients with independent, registered physiotherapists who deliver treatment in the patient's home. We are not a clinic, we do not employ the physiotherapists, and nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.

3. Emergencies

Do not use RecoveryGo in an emergency. If you need urgent medical attention, contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

4. Pre-launch status

The apps are in development. Features, pricing, coverage and timelines described on this website are our current plan and may change before launch. Nothing here is a binding offer of service.

5. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about launch and early access. It does not create an account, reserve a booking, or guarantee access. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Practitioner responsibility

Physiotherapists on the platform are responsible for their own professional registration, insurance, clinical judgement and conduct. We verify documents before approving a practitioner, but the treatment relationship is between you and the practitioner.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break into this website.
  • Do not scrape, copy or republish our content without permission.
  • Do not submit false information or someone else's email.

8. Intellectual property

The RecoveryGo name, logo, and the content of this website belong to RecoveryGo Sdn Bhd unless stated otherwise. App Store and Google Play badges shown on this site are the property of Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively.

9. Links

Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

10. Liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on pre-launch information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
