What we're building
RecoveryGo is an on-demand marketplace that connects patients to verified physiotherapists for home visits. A patient requests a session, the request goes out to available physiotherapists nearby, the first to accept is assigned, payment is held securely, and funds are released once the visit is complete.
The platform is one app for both patients and physiotherapists, with a web dashboard used by RecoveryGo Sdn Bhd to verify practitioners, oversee bookings, and manage payouts.
Who operates it
RecoveryGo is owned and operated by RecoveryGo Sdn Bhd. Physiotherapy is delivered by independent, registered practitioners who accept bookings through the platform. RecoveryGo is not a clinic and does not provide medical advice.
Where we're starting
Launch coverage is Johor Bahru and the Klang Valley, where demand and practitioner supply are densest. We expand state by state, only once there are enough verified physiotherapists in an area to keep wait times short.

One transparent price per session, calculated from length and distance, shown before booking. The platform fee is disclosed, not hidden in the total.
